Responsibilities: 

• Provide Expert Skincare Services: Perform acne treatments, skin revision, and other skincare services, utilizing your knowledge to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Adhere to HBB Protocols: Follow our proven processes and treatment protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality results for every client.

• Deliver Customized Solutions: Tailor treatments to each client’s individual goals, focusing on acne care and skin revision to achieve optimal results.

• Guide Clients Through Their Skincare Journey: Educate clients on their unique skin needs, and recommend the right skincare routines, products, and treatments for long-term success.

• Teach Aftercare and Healthy Skin Habits: Provide clients with guidance on maintaining healthy skin habits, proper aftercare, and consistent skincare routines.

• Embrace Ongoing Learning: Stay open to continuing education and training to expand your skill set and remain up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques.

• Build Strong Client Relationships: Cultivate a warm, engaging, and approachable atmosphere, creating lasting connections and fostering client loyalty.

• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with your colleagues to maintain the high standards of care and service Hess Beauty Bar is known for, contributing to a supportive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Esthetics License: Must hold a valid esthetics license in the state of Michigan.

• Product Knowledge: Proficient in skincare products, treatments, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

• Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a personalized experience for each client.

• Professionalism: Strong attention to grooming and presentation, with a focus on punctuality and reliability.

• Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Experience with HydraFacial treatments.

• Experience with dermaplaning.

• Knowledge in acne care and skin revision.

Training will be provided, but preference will be given to candidates with prior knowledge or experience in these areas.
